Plug & Play on the PS4 – the Y-300P is directly recognized by the system’s audio settings thanks to its Digital Audio Direct-Plug USB connectivity. In the system control panel, the user can set the appropriate mix for the sound of the game, chatting with other players, and special effects (provided by the gamepad speaker). With a cable length of 5.2 m, the Y-300P can be used in the normal but also at a comfortable distance from the console. Of course, the player can also use the voice control of the PS4 via the microphone of the Y-300P (for example, to start games, take screenshots, turn the console on or off, etc.). The headset is also fully compatible with the PS3 via its USB cable and RCA splitter. In terms of portability, the Y-300P has a detachable cable that also allows the use of a variety of portable devices.
